When the contact form is completed, the following information is collected: your name, your email address, your child's year group, your subject of interest, and any message you submit. No payment card details are collected through this website. No special category data is collected.
When you contact via WhatsApp or email, only the information you choose to share in that conversation is held.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a first session if requested, and provide tutoring services if you become a student. 4. How Long Data Is Kept
Contact form enquiries are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until you ask for them to be deleted, whichever comes first. Student records are retained for the duration of the tutoring relationship plus 12 months, after which they are securely deleted.
5. Who Your Data Is Shared With
Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party. Trusted third-party services are used to operate this website, including:
- Vercel: Hosting and analytics for the website.
- Resend: Delivery of contact form messages by email.
- Zoom: Delivering tutoring lessons online.
- WhatsApp: Where you choose to message directly.
These providers process your data only on instruction and under appropriate data processing agreements. Your data will never be shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Tutoring is arranged through a parent or guardian. Where information is provided about a child (such as year group or learning needs), it is processed for the purpose of delivering tutoring to that child. Records relating to a child are deleted on request from the parent or guardian.
